分析65例直肠中下段癌保肛手术与永久性结肠造口术的复发率与5年生存率无明显差异，关键在手术适应证的选择及手术的彻底，并介绍保肛手术的经验。
There was no significant difference between the recurrence rate and the 5-year survival rate of sphincter-preserving and permanent colostomy in 65 patients with rectal mid-lower cancer. The key is the choice of surgical indications and the thorough operation, and the experience of sphincter preservation surgery was introduced.
