用SD大鼠造成实验性高血压糖尿病(HD)后,分别于6、8和10个月处死,每组8例,用光镜和透射电镜动态观察肾脏改变。结果如下:(1)6个月时即有肾小球系膜细胞突起增多,富含粗面内质网,系膜基质随病程而增加,使系膜区高度扩大。病变始于血管极,再波及全球。(2)肾小球毛细血管基底膜增厚,(3)出入球小动脉中层与肾小球系膜区相连,中层平滑肌细胞突起增多及基膜增厚。对肾脏改变的形态学发生机理作了讨论。
After experimental hypertensive diabetes (HD) was induced in SD rats, the rats were sacrificed at 6, 8 and 10 months respectively. Eight patients in each group were subjected to dynamic observation of renal changes by light and transmission electron microscopy. The results are as follows: (1) 6 months when the mesangial cells increased prominence, rich in rough endoplasmic reticulum, mesangial matrix increased with the course of the mesangial area was highly enlarged. Lesions began in the vascular pole, then spread to the world. (2) Glomerular capillary basement membrane thickening, (3) access to the middle of the arterioles connected with the glomerular mesangial area, the middle of smooth muscle cell processes and basement membrane thickening. The morphological changes of the kidneys were discussed.
