提出并数值证实利用反馈相位的随机调制可消除外腔半导体激光器反馈引起的时延结构.研究发现:当反馈相位随机调制信号的速率处在0.1—1Gbit/s范围,随机调制信号的切换幅值个数达到5时,在半导体激光器偏置电流(1.2—2.8Ith)和反馈速率(8—26GHz)构成的参数空间中,反馈时延结构对应的外腔长信息可被有效地消除.
It is proposed and confirmed by numerical simulation that the delay structure caused by the feedback of the external cavity semiconductor laser can be eliminated by using the stochastic modulation of the feedback phase.It is found that when the rate of the feedback phase random modulated signal is in the range of 0.1-1Gbit / s, the switching amplitude of the random modulated signal When the number reaches 5, the outer cavity length information corresponding to the feedback delay structure can be effectively eliminated in the parameter space formed by the semiconductor laser bias current (1.2-2.8Ith) and the feedback rate (8-26GHz).
