由中国司法部和芬兰司法部主办、上海市司法局承办的中芬司法合作十周年庆典暨公证、公司法国际研讨会于2005年5月16日至17日在上海举行。中芬两国司法部官员,两国公证和公司法方面的专家,国际拉丁公证联盟公证和物权方面的约100位专家参加了此次会议。十年来.中芬两国司法部在相互尊重、平等互利的基础上.共组织了二十七个考察互访活动,先后召开了十六个专题研讨会,并多次互派专家学者到对方国家进行法律研修活动。
The 10th anniversary celebration of Sino-Finnish judicial cooperation hosted by the Ministry of Justice of China and the Finnish Ministry of Justice and held by Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice, was held in Shanghai from May 16 to 17, 2005. About 100 experts from the Ministry of Justice of China and Finland, experts on notary and company law in the two countries, notarized and property rights of the International Association of Latin American Notaries attended the meeting. Over the past decade, the two ministries of justice and the judiciary have organized 27 visits to each other on the basis of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit, successively held 16 symposiums and sent experts and scholars to each other on many occasions The state conducts legal training activities.
