目的改良振荡烧瓶杀菌试验方法,并在实验室进行实用可行性观察。方法参照振荡烧瓶抑菌试验方法,按杀菌试验方法原理进行改进,建立非溶出性消毒制剂杀菌试验方法。结果改良振荡烧瓶法杀菌试验主要程序是将作用体系样液量扩大到50 ml,以便经过充分振荡溶出杀菌成分;取作用后样液加入到中和剂内,然后进行活菌计数培养。经采用改良振荡烧瓶杀菌试验方法检测一种微溶出性消毒剂的杀菌效果与常规悬液定量杀菌试验法检测结果比较,有显著统计学意义,改良振荡烧瓶杀菌试验方法检测的结果能反应出该消毒剂真实杀菌效果。结论改良振荡烧瓶杀菌试验方法可以替代悬液定量杀菌试验方法,用于评价微溶出性消毒剂杀菌效果评价。
Objective To improve the sterilization method of shaking flask and to observe its feasibility in laboratory. Methods With reference to the bacteriostatic test method of shaking flask, the bactericidal test method was used to improve the germicidal test method. Results The main procedure of the improved shake flask sterilization test was to expand the system volume to 50 ml in order to dissolve the bactericidal components after sufficient shaking. Add the sample solution to the neutralizer after the action, and then conduct viable count cultivation. The bactericidal effect of a disinfectant tested by a modified shaker flask was better than that of the conventional suspension quantitative disinfection test, which was statistically significant. The results of the modified shaken flask sterilization test method can reflect this Disinfectant real bactericidal effect. Conclusion The improved shaking flask sterilization test method can replace the suspension quantitative sterilization test method for the evaluation of micro-stripping disinfectant sterilization effect evaluation.
