选用洞A不育株,6个胞质不育系和4个胞质不育系的恢复系,按7×4不完全双列杂交设计,对28个组合的F1进行双列分析。结果表明,皮棉产量、衣分、衣指、子指、2.5%跨长、比强度、纤维细度、单纤强力主要受加性基因控制,子棉产量主要受非加性基因控制;洞A是较好的不育材料,南A12是优质的胞质不育系,南R2是较好的恢复系;洞A×G93005是双亲GCA和组合SCA均较高的高产组合。
The restorer lines of sterile line Dong-A, six cytoplasmic male sterile lines and four cytoplasmic male sterile lines were selected. Based on the 7 × 4 incomplete double-line crosses, F1 combinations of 28 combinations were double-stranded analyzed. The results showed that the lint yield, lint percentage, finger index, 2.5% cross length, specific intensity, fiber fineness and single fiber strength were mainly controlled by additive genes. The yield of cotton seed was mainly controlled by non - additive gene. Cave A is a better sterile material, South A12 is a good cytoplasmic male sterile line, and South R2 is a better restorer line. Cave A × G93005 is a high-yielding combination of both GCA and SCA.
