我厂在推广应用二氧化碳气体保护焊时,由于采用0.8毫米的细丝,送丝距离3米多,送丝软管经常堵塞,影响生产。我厂工人利用废旧汽车里程表软管,改造了送丝软管。改革前后如图所示。在改革前,焊丝上的污物容易充满焊丝与弹簧软管之间的间隙,使焊丝不能前进。改革后,焊丝上的污物可以通过弹簧间隙进入软管的空隙中,不易堵塞,而且容易维修,保证了生产的顺利进行。
