目的探讨过敏性紫癜对脑电图的影响。方法对53例过敏性紫癜患者的脑电图相关资料进行回顾分析,观察5种不同的类型在3个不同的临床阶段的脑电图变化,比较该病的初发和复发对脑电图的影响。结果脑电图的总异常率为67.92%。53例患者中有15.09%出现了癎样活动的变化。急性期脑电图异常率是67.92%,缓解期脑电图异常率是56.60%,恢复期脑电图异常率是24.54%。急性期36例异常脑电图中16例(44.44%)为 HSP 初发者,有20例(55.55%)为 HSP 复发者;缓解期30例异常脑电图中13例(43.33%)为 HSP 初发者,有17例(56.66%)为 HSP 复发者;在恢复期的13例异常脑电图中4例(30.76%)为 HSP 初发者,9例(69.23%)为 HSP 复发者。结论①异常脑电图可以出现在不同类型的 HSP 中。②症状越严重,异常脑电图的程度也越严重。③癎样变化在 HSP 患者的异常脑电图中是常有的情况,值得进一步随访。④异常脑电图与HSP 复发有密切的联系。⑤脑电图检查对 HSP 的脑损伤和预后的判别是一个有用的监测。
Objective To investigate the effect of Henoch-Schonlein purpura on electroencephalography. Methods Fifty-three patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were retrospectively analyzed for EEG data. EEG changes of five different types in three different clinical stages were observed. The incidence of EEG influences. Results The total abnormal rate of EEG was 67.92%. 15.09% of 53 patients experienced changes in their activities. The abnormal rate of EEG in acute phase was 67.92%, the abnormal rate of EEG in remission phase was 56.60%, and the abnormal rate of EEG in convalescence phase was 24.54%. Sixteen cases (44.44%) of the 36 cases with abnormal EEG in the acute stage were HSP-initiators, 20 cases (55.55%) were those with HSP recurrence and 13 cases (43.33%) in the 30 cases with abnormal EEG in the remission stage were HSP There were 17 cases (56.66%) with HSP recurrence in initial stage, 4 cases (30.76%) with HSP in initial stage and 9 cases (69.23%) in 13 cases with convalescent stage. Conclusion ① abnormal EEG can appear in different types of HSP. The more severe symptoms, the more serious the extent of abnormal EEG. ③ 癎 like changes in patients with HSP abnormal EEG is often the case worthy of further follow-up. ④ abnormal EEG and HSP recurrence are closely linked. ⑤ EEG examination of the brain damage and prognosis of HSP is a useful monitoring.
