目的识别、分析建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,确定职业病危害类别,为职业卫生监管部门审批提供技术依据。方法采用类比法、经验法和检查表法对拟建项目进行分析、评价。结果该建设项目生产过程中可能存在的职业病危害因素主要为噪声、粉尘、高温、化学毒物和工频电场。该建设项目的选址、布局、防护措施、个体防护、辅助用室、应急救援和职业卫生管理等内容均符合国家标准要求。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,其生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素是可控的,从职业病危害防护角度考虑,该建设项目可行。
Objective To identify and analyze the possible hazards of occupational diseases in construction projects and to determine the types of occupational hazards and provide the technical basis for approval of occupational health regulatory authorities. Methods Using analogy, experience and checklist analysis of the proposed project analysis, evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards that may exist in the production process of this project are noise, dust, high temperature, chemical poisons and power frequency electric fields. The construction site’s location, layout, protective measures, individual protection, auxiliary rooms, emergency rescue and occupational health management and other content are in line with national standards. Conclusion The project is a serious construction project with serious occupational hazards. The occupational hazards in the production process are controllable. Considering the protection of occupational hazards, the project is feasible.
