目的:通过对不同种质广西莪术进行植物形态、药材性状、挥发油产量的聚类分析,为该品种的选育和分类提供参考。方法:采用原植物鉴别法测量广西莪术的植株生长期数据。药材采收后按2010年版《中国药典》的标准记录莪术药材性状的各项数据;挑选单株质量>150 g的材料进行挥发油的提取与测定。数据采用系统分析方法进行聚类,在分类中挑选植株生长良好、药材和挥发油产量高的优良品种。结果:以植株形态不同性状为指标,样本聚为4类。以药材性状与产量为指标,样本聚为4类。以莪术挥发油为指标,按挥发油产量与颜色分类,样本聚为3类。结论:综合3次分类可将原本不确定的品种进行归类确认,系统聚类法可有效对广西莪术进行品种鉴定归类,为优良品种选育和种质资源遗传多样性考察提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a reference for the breeding and classification of different varieties of Guangxi Curcuma by cluster analysis of plant morphology, medicinal properties and volatile oil yield. Methods: The original plant identification method of Guangxi Curcuma plant growth data. According to the 2010 edition of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”, all the data of the properties of Curcuma herb were recorded after the medicinal materials were harvested; the materials of single plant weight> 150 g were selected for the extraction and determination of volatile oil. The data were clustered by systematic analysis, and the good varieties with good plant growth and high yield of medicinal materials and volatile oil were selected in the classification. Results: Different traits of plant morphology as an indicator, the sample clustered into four categories. The medicinal properties and yield as an indicator, the sample clustered into four categories. Curcuma volatile oil as an indicator, according to volatile oil production and color classification, the sample clustered into three categories. Conclusion: The three kinds of classification can be used to classify the original indeterminate varieties. The systematic clustering method can effectively identify and classify the Curcuma species in Guangxi, and provide a reference for the breeding of elite varieties and the genetic diversity of germplasm resources.
