应用种子贮存蛋白 SDS—PAGE技术 ,对新葵 6号及其亲本的种子纯度进行了鉴定。结果表明 ,新葵6号及其亲本系间谱带差异明显 ,特征谱带稳定。种子蛋白电泳鉴定与田间小区种植鉴定结果基本吻合。该技术具有快速、省时、准确度高的特点 ,可作为新葵 6号及其亲本系种子纯度鉴定的一种新手段
The seed purity of Xinhui 6 and its parents was identified by SDS-PAGE technique. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the bands between Xinwui 6 and its parents, and the characteristic bands were stable. Seed protein electrophoresis identification and field planting identification results basically consistent. The technology is fast, time-saving, high accuracy and can be used as a new means of seed purity identification of Xinkui 6 and its parents
