应用小鼠对四种络合剂的~(170)Tm内污染促排效果进行了比较性研究。结果表明,~(170)Tm内污染后,立即给促排剂400μM/kg,Ca-DTPA效果最好;在延迟给促排剂情况下,Zn-DTPA与Ca-DTPA等效,且优于811(喹胺酸)和EDTA。
A comparative study of the effects of four kinds of complexing agents on the (170) Tm pollution promotion in mice was carried out. The results showed that immediately after the contamination with ~ (170) Tm, the optimal concentration of Cu-DTPA was 400μM / kg and Ca-DTPA was the best. In the case of delayed release, Zn-DTPA was equivalent to Ca-DTPA 811 (Quinine) and EDTA.
