记者近日从中酒联合(北京)质量认证中心获悉,中国酒类产品质量等级认证工作已经正式启动,国家认证认可监督管理委员会(以下简称“国家认监委”)近期将依据《中华人民共和国认证认可条例》精神,正式颁布我国酒类苜部专业性的认证规则《食品质量认证实施规则——酒类》(以下简称《认证规则》)。首批检查员已经于5月20日培训完毕,而《规则》的征求意见稿也已经送往国家商务部、中国酿酒工业协会,以及其他相关的机构和企业征询意见。为了有效推动该认证活动的成功实施,中国酿酒工业协会、中国食品发酵工业研究院、中国食品工业(集团)公司共同发起,并经过国家认监委的批准,成立目前我国唯——家酒类认证机构——中酒联合(北京)质量认证中心(以下简称“认证中心”)。

The Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “CNCA”) will be based on the “Certification and Accreditation of the People’s Republic of China Regulations ”, we formally promulgated the certification rules for the professional certification of liquor clover in our country, the“ Code of Practice for Food Quality Certification - Alcoholic Beverages ”(hereinafter referred to as the“ Certification Rules ”). The first batch of inspectors completed the training on May 20, and the draft of the “Rules” has also been sent to the Ministry of Commerce, China Brewing Industry Association and other relevant agencies and enterprises for comments. In order to effectively promote the successful implementation of the certification activities, China Brewing Industry Association, China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute, China National Food Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. Jointly initiated and approved by the national commission, the establishment of the current only - Certification body - Wine Federation (Beijing) Quality Certification Center (hereinafter referred to as “Certification Center”).
