目的 :用放射性核素肺灌注显像预测肺癌术后肺功能 ,以指导肺癌手术方式的设计。方法 :将 2 2例肺癌患者在手术前作放射性核素肺灌注显像 ,结合患者术前 1s用力呼气容积预测的结果 ,设计给患者作全肺切除 ,或肺叶切除 ,或肺段切除。结果 :用放射性核素肺灌注显像法预测患者术后肺功能 ,2 2例患者无 1例出现肺功能不全 ,术后 3月患者作常规肺功能检查。结果实测值与核素肺灌注显像的预测值呈显著相关。结论 :核素肺灌注显像用于预测患者术后肺功能 ,指导肺癌患者手术方式的设计有临床实用价值。
Objective: To predict the postoperative lung function of lung cancer by radionuclide lung perfusion imaging to guide the design of surgical method of lung cancer. Methods: Twenty-two cases of lung cancer patients underwent radionuclide perfusion imaging before surgery. Combined with the results of forced expiratory volume prediction 1s before operation, patients were given pneumonectomy, or lobectomy, or segmentectomy. Results: The pulmonary function was predicted by radionuclide lung perfusion imaging. No pulmonary insufficiency was found in one of the 2 2 cases and routine pulmonary function test was performed in 3 months after operation. The results of the measured values and radionuclide imaging predictive value was significantly correlated. Conclusion: Nuclide lung perfusion imaging is used to predict postoperative pulmonary function and to guide the design of surgical approach for patients with lung cancer.
