介绍了二极管侧泵浦 Nd:YAG板条 1 k Hz重复频率 Q开关激光器的研制 ,实验获得最大单脉冲能量 0 .71 2 m J、脉宽小于 1 0 ns的输出。对 Nd:YAG板条进行了三种冷却方式的比较实验 ,实验证明 DPL在高重复频率工作时 ,激光介质的热效应是影响高重复频率工作的激光器效率的重要因素。
The development of a diode-pumped Nd: YAG slab with 1 k Hz repetition rate Q-switched laser was introduced. The experimental results show that the maximum single-pulse energy is 0.71 2 m J and the pulse width is less than 10 ns. Experiments on Nd: YAG laths show that the thermal effect of laser medium is an important factor affecting the efficiency of lasers operating at high repetition rate.
