论述了邓小平社会主义发展战略思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分和实现全面建设小康社会的思想指南。强调科学发展观在继承和发展邓小平理论的基础上,结合实践,提出了以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展的观点,是中国发展观的重大进步,是科学发展观与时俱进的体现。认为坚持和落实科学发展观重在坚持以人为本,转变政府职能。建立一支合格的干部队伍来实践正确的政绩观,是把我国现代化建设推进到新的发展水平的必要条件。
Discusses Deng Xiaoping’s strategic thinking of socialism as an important part of Deng Xiaoping Theory and a guiding ideology for building an overall well-to-do society. Emphasizing that the Scientific Outlook on Development, based on Deng Xiaoping’s theory of succession and development, put forward a people-oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development viewpoint based on practice, is a significant progress in China’s development concept and an expression of keeping pace with the scientific development concept. They hold the view that upholding and implementing the scientific concept of development focuses on adhering to the people-oriented principle and changing the government’s functions. Establishing a qualified contingent of cadres to practice the correct concept of political achievements is a necessary condition for advancing our country’s modernization to a new level of development.
