在室温及酸性条件下，钒对溴酸钾氧化孔雀绿褪色的反应具有极高的催化活性，利用流动注射停流技术，建立了流动注射动力学光度法测定钒的新方法，测定钒的线性范围为20～200μg／L，应用于粮食中痕量的钒的测定，结果满意。
Under room temperature and acidic conditions, the reaction of vanadium on the fading of malachite green by potassium bromate has a very high catalytic activity. The flow injection kinetic spectrophotometry was used to establish a new method for the determination of vanadium by flow injection stop-flow technology. The linear range of vanadium was 20 ~ 200μg / L, used in the determination of trace amounts of vanadium in food, with satisfactory results.
