1、事故情况 1997年11月28日,我厂可控气氛炉生产线值班人员在设备巡视中发现,仪表指示碳势偏高,设定值为1.0%,实际指示值为1.3%以上,且有渐渐升高的趋势,于是对温度控制系统、碳势控制系统和滴注系统作了检查,控温微机显示温度920℃与设定温度一致;氧探头内阻1.5kΩ,输出毫伏值偏高;滴注电磁阀通断灵活,阀体关断时没有渗漏,滴注管道、压力正常。认为是氧探头积碳太多,作了烧碳处理,没有引起足够重视。出炉后检查工件时发现,渗层严重超差,工艺要求
