利用光合作用气体分析系统和透射电镜,对浙江省33个茶树资源的单叶净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO_2浓度,叶绿体基粒片层数目、嗜饿颗粒含量和乙醇酸氧化酶活性进行了系统测定.结果表明,不同茶树资源间在净光合速率、叶绿体基粒片层数目和乙醇酸氧化酶活性等特性上具有极显著差异.并根据上述的7项特性用类平均法进行聚类分析,结果被划分为四大类型,不同类型间在净光合速率、嗜锇颗粒含量和乙醇酸氧化酶活性等特性上具有较大的差异,其中第Ⅰ类型具有较高的净光合速率和较低的光呼吸,可在生产和资源利用上优先应用.
