产品的真假优劣出现在市场上不足为怪,但是如何让消费者识别,在不同的国家各有高招,我国已有消费者权益保障法,政府的枝术监督和“评优”、“打假”、“抽查”以及新闻媒介的“质量万里行”与曝光等等。美国消费者协会采用公布评测结果的办法,受到消费者的欢迎与信赖,因为他们不受广告的干扰,不接收厂商的馈赠,而是自费到市场上采购,按照统一的技术指标,客观地评测,公正地报道,本刊拟陆续报道他们对美国市场上某些通讯产品的评测结果,一是让读者了解,二是提请我有关部门如消费者协会或产品监测中心能否借鉴,或可促进我通讯产品市场的公平竞争,提高消费者的自我保护意识,逐步完善市场经济法则。
