A3、20g等低碳钢焊接试板,经x射线探伤可达到Ⅰ、Ⅱ级,拉伸强度、冲击韧性也都超过母材标准,而冷弯时经常在焊缝盖面层熔合线处出现裂纹。裂纹的方向是顺着熔合线方向。观察到的裂纹,其两侧多为棕黑的氧化色,裂纹短浅。严重时沿焊缝两侧的熔合线断续出现。如果试样继续弯曲,就在熔合线的焊缝侧,呈较深的三角形裂纹;再继续弯曲,就可能使整个试样断裂。
