口腔颌而部恶性肿瘤病人可伴发营养不良。本文用营养状况临床评价方法和客观指标对66例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤病人进行了术前营养状况评价,比较这两种方法,确定临床评价方法的可靠性。结果二位检查者临床评价方法的完全符合率为81.82%(54/66),Kappa值为中等可靠,与客观指标有良好的一致性,和切口愈合情况、住院天数关系密切。营养状况临床评价方法是一个简单、准确、可靠的营养评价方法。
Oral jaw and malignant tumor patients may be associated with malnutrition. In this paper, nutritional status of clinical evaluation methods and objective indicators of 66 cases of oral and maxillofacial malignancy in patients with preoperative nutritional status evaluation, comparison of these two methods to determine the reliability of clinical evaluation methods. Results The complete coincidence rate of clinical evaluation of two examiners was 81.82% (54/66). The Kappa value was moderate and reliable, which was in good agreement with the objective indexes. It was closely related to incision healing and hospitalization days. Nutrition status Clinical evaluation method is a simple, accurate and reliable nutrition evaluation method.
