近年来,中国的机械制造业持续高速发展。随着中国市场的国际化进程加速和信息化在企业生产管理的广泛应用,液气密行业企业的信息化也随之提上日程。信息化已经广泛应用到政治、经济、社会和文化等各个领域,工业领域也取得了不错的成绩。我国的液气密行业多为中小型企业,而且是典型的多品种、小批量加工制造型企业,在与国外大企业的竞争中要树立良好的形象,加强企业信息化管理是一个不可避免的措施,也是将来企业发展的必然趋势。未来的竞争不仅仅是产品的竞争,信息业的发展使企业相互间的较量上升到更高的档次。但是,企业要实现信息化管理,并非是使用几套管理软件就能达到目的,这其中涉及到各方面的问题:1.企业为什么要实行信息化管理?2.具备什么条件的企业能够进行信息化?3.实施信息化的过程中需要注意什么问题?4.具体怎样实施?在本期MC论坛中,我们将邀请业内专家和实施信息化的企业代表共同探讨这个问题,希望对液气密行业中各企业的发展有所启迪。
