目的:观察健脾消脂汤对2型糖尿病血脂代谢紊乱的影响。方法:将62例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各31例,2组患者均进行常规基础治疗,治疗组加服健脾消脂汤,对照组加用辛伐他汀。疗程均为12周,观察比较2组临床疗效及中医证候积分,检测空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2h血糖(P2hBG)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力;计算胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)I。结果:总有效率治疗组为82.1%,对照组为55.2%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组中医证候积分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组积分下降较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。治疗后2组FPG、P2hBG、HbA1c、IRI均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组IRI下降较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。治疗后2组TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗组HDL-C改善较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组SOD、GSH-PX水平明显升高,与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾消脂汤能改善糖尿病脂代谢紊乱,并并显著改善整体证候。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jianpi Xiaozhi Decoction on the disorder of blood lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. The two groups received routine basic treatment. The treatment group received Jianpi Xiaozhi Decoction and the control group plus simvastatin. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. The clinical curative effect and TCM syndrome score were observed and compared between the two groups. FPG, P2hBG, FINS, TC TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, SOD, and GSH -PX) activity; Calculate insulin resistance index (IR) I. Results: The total effective rate was 82.1% in the treatment group and 55.2% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the scores in the treatment group decreased more significantly than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of FPG, P2hBG, HbA1c and IRI in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05, P <0.01). The IRI decreased more significantly in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment (P <0.05, P <0.01). The improvement of HDL-C in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of SOD and GSH-PX in the treatment group were significantly increased, which were significantly different from those before treatment and those in the control group after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: Jianpi Xiaozhi Decoction can improve diabetic lipid metabolism disorders, and significantly improve the overall syndrome.
