将HRP注入:(1)2只大白鼠一侧皮质的4、6区和(2)12只大白鼠一侧丘脑VL核,利用神经纤维轴浆运输的原理,研究丘脑腹外侧核的纤维连系和标记神经元的分布。研究的主要结果; 1.对一侧大脑皮质的4、6区注射HRP后,同侧丘脑VL核出现了标记神经元,这结果说明VL核传出纤维主要投射至4、6区。在VL核注射HRP后,标记神经元出现于同侧皮质的4、6区和3、1、2区,位于皮质的深层。丘脑VL核与皮质之间的这种往返纤维联系提示,在它们之间可能存在着一反馈系统。 2.给丘脑VL核注射HRP后,同侧的苍白球内侧部,可发现标记神经元,证明苍白球——丘脑通路存在。同侧的黑质网状带出现一组标记神经元,说明黑质丘脑通路存在,该通路起于黑质的网状带。许多标记神经元存在于对侧小脑齿状核,此可证明,大白鼠的小脑齿状核投射至丘脑VL核的纤维是强大的。在对侧的小脑顶核和间位核可找见标记神经元,提示顶核有纤维投射至丘脑VL核。由此可见,丘脑VL是小脑、黑质、 苍白球和皮质投射纤维的公共靶,在此,它们的纤维之间必然构成具有功能关系的会聚。

After injecting HRP to the thalamic VL nucleus, the inner part of the globus pallidus on the ipsilateral side can be found labeled neurons, demonstrating that the globus pallidum-thalamus pathway exists. A group of labeled neurons appear on the ipsilateral nigral reticular band, indicating the presence of the thalamic thalamic pathway, which begins with the substantia nigra mesh. Many labeled neurons exist in the contralateral cerebellar dentate nucleus, demonstrating that the cerebellar dentate gyrus of rats is projected to the fibers of the thalamic VL nucleus to be robust. In the contralateral cerebellum and the interphalangeal nuclei can be found labeled neurons, suggesting that the nucleus of the optic fiber projection to the thalamic VL core. Thus, thalamic VL is a public target of the cerebellum, substantia nigra, globus pallidus and cortical projection fibers, where their fibers inevitably constitute a convergent function.
