将GaN基蓝光激发YAG荧光粉的成白光发光二极管(W-LED)优选后,以串联形式集成为W-LED发光模块。分别测试了W-LED集成光源模块的光电特性、发光效率以及不同电流驱动下的光源衰减率,并与白炽灯和荧光灯等传统照明光源进行了比较。实验表明:当驱动电流为14~18mA时,W-LED集成光源模块的发光效率可达到64.46lm/W,而功耗仅为2.4W,发挥出了W-LED作为照明光源的节能、高可靠和稳定性等优势。经10kh老化测得电流下降较常用灯<10%。
