在浙江绍兴,轻纺业发达,纺织厂云集,同业技术竞争尤为激烈。当地很多乡镇企业的生产设备的先进程度远远优于一些国营大厂,甚至能赶超日本。据说,新产品“三分钟出小样,三天上市场”;机器设备如果三年不更新,企业就很难再领风骚,甚至面临倒闭。浙江租赁有限公司的副总经理王进军先生说:“其中70％-80％的技术改造是通过金融租赁的方式实现的。”
