目的:在虎杖HPLC液相图谱和凝血时间药效的基础上进行谱效分析,以此确定虎杖延长凝血时间药效的“药效成分组”。方法:采用偏最小二乘回归法,对虎杖HPLC指纹图谱数据和凝血时间药效数据之间的内在联系进行谱效分析。结果:指纹图谱上的X2、X6、X7、X8、X15、X16这6个成分组成的“药效成分组”对虎杖凝血时间药效的贡献较大。结论:中医用药基于正确的辨证沦治,是根据中药的功效对患者进行治疗,因此,反映中药功效的“功效成分组”是评价中药质量的关键,“功效成分组”需最终得到药效验证才具有代表性。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the effect of Polygonum cuspidatum on clotting time based on the spectral analysis of HPLC and the clotting time efficacy of Polygonum cuspidatum. Methods: Partial least squares regression was used to analyze the relationship between HPLC fingerprinting data of Polygonum cuspidatum and clotting time efficacy data. Results: The “Pharmacophore” composed of 6 components of X2, X6, X7, X8, X15 and X16 on the fingerprints contributed greatly to the clotting effect of Polygonum. Conclusion: Based on the correct dialectical TCM treatment, Chinese medicine treatment is based on the efficacy of Chinese medicine. Therefore, the “effective ingredient group” that reflects the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine is the key to evaluate the quality of traditional Chinese medicine. Pharmacodynamic validation was representative.
