目的探讨香菇C91-3菌丝发酵液蛋白LFP91-3C的体内抗肿瘤免疫机制。方法H22瘤细胞荷瘤纯系BALB/C小鼠建立动物模型,随机分为生理盐水(NS)对照组、环磷酰胺(CTX)治疗组和LFP91-3C治疗组,观察LFP91-3C对荷瘤小鼠生存期、实体瘤块生长抑制及病理、荷瘤小鼠免疫细胞(NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞增殖率)和免疫因子(血清IL-2、IFN-γ含量)的影响。结果LFP91-3C能显著延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期,抑制实体肿瘤的生长,可在病理切片看到大量的炎细胞浸润,以及NK细胞活性、淋巴细胞增殖率、血清IL-2和IFN-γ含量也显著提高。与NS对照组和CTX治疗组比较差异有显著性。结论LFP91-3C能通过激活机体免疫系统来实现其抗肿瘤的作用。
Objective To investigate the in vivo anti-tumor immune mechanism of Lentinula edodes C91-3 mycelia fermentation protein LFP91-3C. Methods Animal models of H22 tumor-bearing BALB/C mice were established and randomly divided into normal saline (NS) control group, cyclophosphamide (CTX) treatment group and LFP91-3C treatment group. LFP91-3C was observed for tumor-bearing tumors. The survival time of mice, inhibition of growth of solid tumors and pathology, immune cells (NK cell activity, lymphocyte proliferation rate) and immune factors (serum IL-2, IFN-γ levels) in tumor-bearing mice. Results LFP91-3C significantly prolonged the survival of tumor-bearing mice and inhibited the growth of solid tumors. A large number of inflammatory cell infiltration, NK cell activity, lymphocyte proliferation rate, serum IL-2 and IFN-γ were observed in pathological sections. The γ content also increases significantly. There were significant differences compared with the NS control group and the CTX treatment group. Conclusion LFP91-3C can achieve its anti-tumor effect by activating the immune system.
