目的:探讨新生儿溶血样本对生化检验结果的影响以及优化措施。方法:对我院2012年11月-2013年11月收治的62例新生儿样本进行研究分析,将每一例样品分成两试管安放,并贴上标签。试管1作为溶血前样品安放,并严格按照程序要求做好标准检验工作,以此作为观察组。试管2为溶血前样品安放,按照正常情况进行标准检验,设为对照组;对两组进行心肌酶项目检测。结果:HDL的检查结果,数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);AST(天冬氨酸氨基转移酶)、CK(肌酸激酶)、CHOL(总胆固醇)、TB(总胆红素)、ALT(谷丙转氨酶)TP(总蛋白)、ALB(清蛋白)等方面的比较,对照组样本明显高于观察组样本,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在检验的过程中,溶血会影响检验的准确性,不利于对新生儿的准确诊治,因此在检测的过程中必须要做好准备措施,降低溶血发生率。
Objective: To investigate the impact of neonatal hemolysis on biochemical test results and optimization measures. Methods: 62 cases of newborns admitted to our hospital from November 2012 to November 2013 were analyzed. Each sample was divided into two test tubes and labeled. Test tube 1 was placed as a sample before hemolysis, and the standard test was done in strict accordance with the procedure and used as the observation group. Test tube 2 is placed before the sample hemolysis, according to the normal situation of the standard test, as a control group; two groups of myocardial enzyme test. Results: The results of HDL showed no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05); AST (aspartate aminotransferase), CK (creatine kinase), CHOL (total cholesterol), TB (total bilirubin) , ALT (total alanine aminotransferase), ALB (albumin), the control group was significantly higher than the observation group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the process of testing, hemolysis will affect the accuracy of the test is not conducive to accurate diagnosis and treatment of newborns, so in the testing process must be prepared to reduce the incidence of hemolysis.
