基于对传统误差分离技术的研究,本文作者提出了一种新的“双运动副”误差分离技术,把它应用于圆度误差的测量中,可以克服传统方法带来的不足.仅利用一个传感头,进行一次安装调整就可简单方便地实现圆度误差的测量.分离掉主轴的回转误差,获得反映工件圆度误差的精确值.
Based on the research of the traditional error separation technology, the author proposed a new “double-motion-pair” error separation technology, which can be used to measure the roundness error and overcome the shortcomings brought by the traditional methods. Only one sensor head is used to measure the roundness error easily and conveniently. Separate the spindle’s turning error and get the exact value reflecting the error of the workpiece’s roundness.
