1~9月,全国电力供需总体平衡。全国用电市场延续2012年以来中速增长态势,9月全社会用电量高速增长。上半年水电多发、火电发电量低速增长,但7月以来全国水电发电量连续三个月同比负增长,大部分水电大省水电发电量负增长,为火力发电留出了市场空间,9月全国火电发电量增速仍然超过10%;水电、火电、核电设备累计利用小时均比上年同期回落,风电发电量快速增长、设备利用小时同比明显增加。电网投资同比快速增长,电源投资微增,其中核电投资下降幅度较大。基建新增发电装机容量较上年同期增长超过三成,西南水电集中投产带动水电新增规模创同期新高;电源项目在建规模同比大幅减小。全国跨省区送电量保持平稳增长;9月,四川水电外送、阳城送江苏、东北送华北电量增加带动全国跨区送电量同比快速增长,但南方电网“西电东送”电量连续三个月同比负增长,三峡电厂送出电量大幅下降。
From January to September, the overall balance of power supply and demand across the country. The national electricity market continued its medium-speed growth since 2012, and the total electricity consumption in the whole society grew rapidly in September. In the first half of the year, there were many hydroelectricities and the thermal power generation capacity was growing at a low rate. However, since July, the hydropower generation capacity of the country has been in a negative growth year-on-year basis for three consecutive months. Most hydropower provinces have negative growth in hydropower generation, leaving room for thermal power generation. The volume growth rate still exceeded 10%; the cumulative utilization hours of hydropower, thermal power and nuclear power equipment all dropped from the same period of last year, the wind power generation capacity increased rapidly, and the utilization of equipment increased significantly year-on-year. Power grid investment increased rapidly year-on-year, power investment increased slightly, of which nuclear power investment dropped significantly. Infrastructure installed capacity increased by over 30% over the same period last year, Southwest Water and Power concentrated into operation to bring the new scale of hydropower record high over the same period; power projects under construction significantly reduced the size of the year. In September, the delivery of hydropower from Sichuan Province and Yangcheng to Jiangsu Province and the northeast to North China brought about an increase in power transmission across the country, which led to a year-on-year rapid increase in power transmission capacity. However, the power supply from China Southern Power Grid Three consecutive months of negative growth year on year, the Three Gorges Power Plant sent a substantial drop in electricity.
