本文应用软X—射线衬比造影对建柏、马尾松、杉木和柳杉种子进行发芽率测定,根据衬比剂渗透量、胚和胚乳等在X光胶片上的成像特征和定位发芽(对照)的比较研究结果制定判别等级。建柏种子分为10级,马尾松9级,杉木11级,柳杉10级。并按上述分级标准判读出每个树种不同产地种子各等级粒数,用统计分析方法确定判别有无发芽能力等级。结果表明Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ级为有发芽能力,Ⅳ,级以后为无发芽能力。再经回归分析,建立校正模型,计算出准确的发芽率。
In this paper, we measured the germination rate of Jianbai, Masson pine, Chinese fir and Cryptomeria fortunei by using soft X-ray contrast-enhanced radiography. According to the imaging characteristics and positioning of embryo and endosperm on X-ray film, ) Comparative study to determine the level of discrimination. According to the above grading standards, the seeds of each tree species in different habitats were read out to determine the degree of germination ability by means of statistical analysis. The results showed that Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ have germination ability, Ⅳ, no germination ability after class. Then by regression analysis, the establishment of calibration model, calculate the accurate germination rate.
