为探讨镉对附性腺和睾丸细胞的影响 ,采用WHO推荐的方法 ,测定镉接触工人精浆果糖和精浆转铁蛋白 ,结果 ,接触组的果糖和转铁蛋白含量均显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,但不同血镉浓度组间的果糖和转铁蛋白含量无明显差异。随着精浆镉浓度的升高 ,精浆果糖含量有下降趋势 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而精浆转铁蛋白含量则显著降低 (P <0 0 5 )。精浆转铁蛋白含量随着接镉工龄的延长显著降低 (P <0 0 1) ,而精浆果糖含量各工龄组间无明显差异。相关分析表明 ,精浆果糖、转铁蛋白含量与精子畸形率呈显著负相关。提示镉可影响接触工人的附性腺和睾丸细胞的分泌功能
To investigate the effect of cadmium on gonad and testicular cells, the WHO recommended method for the determination of cadmium and seminal transferrin in workers exposed to cadmium resulted in significantly lower fructose and transferrin levels in the exposed group than in the control group P <0.05, P <0.01), but there was no significant difference in the content of fructose and transferrin between different blood cadmium concentration groups. With the increase of the concentration of seminal plasma cadmium, the content of fructose in the seminal plasma decreased (P 0 05), but the content of transferrin in the seminal plasma decreased significantly (P 0 05). The transferrin content in seminal plasma was significantly decreased with the extension of cadmium receiving age (P <0.01), while there was no significant difference in the fructose content between semen groups. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between fructose, transferrin content and sperm deformity.
