在液压与气动系统中,需众多的管接头。管接头的形状、尺寸千变万化,且有着一定的技术要求,为此造成机械加工麻烦。如图1所示为某一产品管接头的零件简图,D、D_1、L、L_1等均有变化。原来在普通车床上采用三爪或四爪卡盘夹持工件,造成装卸调整频繁,工人的劳动强度大,生产效率极低。为此,我们针对产品的品种多,批量小的特点,设计了如图2所示的可调整随行夹紧工件的车用夹具。经实践证明,效果良好,实用性强,能满足产品的要求。
