患者女,75岁,因反复肉眼血尿5个月就诊,无尿频、尿急、尿痛等表现,偶有腰部胀痛。患者曾行超声检查,仅见左肾积水及左输尿管上段扩张,因年龄较大未做静脉上尿路造影检查。本次超声检查显示:左肾区见范围约18.5cm×7.7cm×8.1cm暗区,形态不规则,其周缘未见明显肾皮质回声(图1)。左输尿管上段内径1.5cm,其第二狭窄处(输尿管跨越髂血管处)见范围约7.6cm×4.8cm×5.6cm低回声团,形态欠规则,边界尚清,内部回声不均匀,可见斑团状强回声,其中一个长
