以临床治疗为主线实施外科护理职业教育的应用研究

探讨外科护理中实施以临床治疗为主线职业教育的应用效果。方法:选取我校于2014年9月至2015年9月接收的外科护理专业学生72例,数字表法分为对照组与观察组各36例,其中对照组学生均采用传统护理教学,观察组学生均采用以临床治疗为主线的护理职业教学,对比两种不同教育方法的应用效果。结果:观察组学生各项目考核通过率均高于对照组(P<0.05),数据比较存在统计学意义。结论:在新课改背景下,于外科护理教育中采用以临床治疗为主线的护理职业教学,可有效提高学生考核通过率,应用效果良好,值得外科护理教育机构推广。 To explore the application of clinical nursing in the main line of vocational education in surgical nursing. Methods: Seventy-two surgical nursing students were enrolled in our school from September 2014 to September 2015. The digital watch method was divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases each. The control group of students used traditional nursing teaching and observation group Students are using clinical teaching as the main line of nursing vocational education, comparing the effectiveness of two different methods of education. Results: The passing rate of examination items in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). There was significant statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Under the background of the new curriculum reform, nursing occupation education which takes clinical treatment as the main line in surgical nursing education can effectively improve the examination pass rate of students and the application effect is good. It is worth to be popularized by surgical nursing education institutions.
