发光二极管是现代信息显示和弱光源的主要器件,硫化镉光敏电阻是灵敏度最高、用途最广的可见光光敏电阻器。它们之间的耦合显然是一种较为理想的耦合方式之一。采用发光二极管和光敏电阻耦合方式研制成功的MG01型光电耦合器,是以光为媒介的无机械触点的可变电阻(或开关)。耦合器具有体积小、灵敏度高、性能稳定、输出端无极性、寿命长的特点。可广泛用于各种光电控制系统和光电测量线路。
Light-emitting diodes are the main components of modern information displays and weak light sources. Cadmium sulfide photoresistors are the most sensitive and versatile visible light photoresistors.
