目的掌握上海市黄浦区五星级宾馆病媒侵害情况,为防治提供科学依据和指导,为亚信峰会顺利召开提供保障。方法选择黄浦区负责亚信峰会接待的五星级宾馆酒店10家,以目测法进行病媒侵害调查,同时以上海市地标进行评价。结果鼠侵害两轮调查分别有40%和10%(4家和1家)存在鼠害控制不合格现象,但经过第一轮调查反馈后情况显著改善,阳性率显著下降(1.24%vs.0.38%,P=0.048),防鼠设施合格率显著提高(97.19%vs.99.10%,P=0.006);两轮调查中蜚蠊侵害不合格率分别为40.00%和50.00%,整体阳性率亦呈显著下降趋势(1.87%vs.0.74%,χ2=3.942,P=0.047);蚊虫方面,在地下车库集水井中发现存在阳性孳生;蝇、臭虫侵害未发现明显不合格现象。结论本次调查反映出五星级宾馆的病媒侵害问题主要集中在厨房、食品间、洗衣间等非公共区域,且主要的病媒侵害类型为鼠及蜚蠊,分析原因主要与宾馆复杂的环境及管理层重视程度不够有关;建议采取合理的防灭措施,同时需要修订及完善星级宾馆病媒侵害标准及加强监督。
Objective To master the disease vectors of five-star hotels in Huangpu District of Shanghai, provide scientific evidence and guidance for prevention and treatment, and provide guarantee for the successful convening of the AsiaInfo Summit. Methods To select 10 five-star hotels and restaurants in Huangpu District, which are responsible for the reception of AsiaInfo Summit, and carry out the investigation of vector-borne diseases by the visual method, and evaluate them with the landmark of Shanghai. Results Rodent control failed in 40% and 10% of the two rounds of investigation (4 and 1, respectively). However, after the first round of survey, the situation was significantly improved and the positive rate was significantly decreased (1.24% vs.0.38 %, P = 0.048). The passing rate of rodent prevention facilities was significantly increased (97.19% vs.99.10%, P = 0.006). The percentages of cockroaches infested in the two rounds were 40.00% and 50.00% (1.87% vs.0.74%, χ2 = 3.942, P = 0.047). For mosquitoes, positive breeding was found in wells of underground garages. No obvious failure was found in flies and bed bugs. Conclusion The survey reflects that the five-star hotels are mainly located in non-public areas such as kitchens, food rooms and laundries. The main types of vector-borne diseases are rats and cockroaches. The reasons for the analysis are mainly complicated with hotels Environment and inadequate emphasis on management; recommended to take reasonable measures to eliminate extinction, at the same time need to revise and improve the star-rated hotels media coverage standards and strengthen supervision.
