虹膜珍珠状囊肿临床甚为罕见,1981年胡氏统计国内报导仅见四例,现将我院所遇一例报告如下:病例报告陆××男 44岁,住院号132651,82年10月18入院。1981年元月患者因用钳拨钉,铁钳滑脱击伤左眼,当时感伤眼疼痛,有少许渗血,经治疗好转。同年7月左眼发红,疼痛畏光,来我院就诊。查左眼视力0.3/0.4,有轻度睫状充血!瞳孔缘外4点钟角膜实质层内嵌有一截睫毛,前房6点处有—3毫米大白色机化物,一根睫毛卧于瞳孔外侧,中段与虹膜相贴,根部检于机化团内,晶体无混浊,眼底清晰可见。9月17日局麻下手 Iris pearl cyst clinical is rare, in 1981 Hu’s statistics reported only four cases of domestic reports, the hospital now encounter a case report is as follows: Case report Lu XX male 44 years old, hospitalized 132,651, 82 years in October 18 admitted.
