前言床身是车床的基础件。最近颁发的JB/GQ·F1002—86标准《卧式车床、精密卧式车床产品质量分等规定》提出:“在两班工作制和遵守使用规则的条件下,机床精度保持在机床精度标准规定的范围内的时间为2年,……机床首次大修周期时间为8年”。要达到这一规定,关键在于提高导轨的耐磨性。目前,国内车床行业提高导轨耐磨性的主要途径是改善基体铸造质量、完善感应淬火工艺。但感应淬火残余应力难以消除,导轨磨削后硬软不一,投资大,见效慢等。本试验研究课题最初是作为缺陷导轨的修复回用和大修机床时恢复尺寸链的设想提
