目的:对我国太空组知母和地面组知母全部组分进行快速分析,并探索建立知母质量评价方法。方法:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法测定并对比分析。结果:太空组知母在3400、1040 cm-1处吸收峰强度增加,说明太空组知母中知母皂苷及多糖等活性成分含量有所增加;在1318、780 cm-1处吸收峰强度明显减小,即一水草酸钙晶体含量比地面组明显减少。表明太空组知母中非晶态活性成分的含量有所增加。结论:太空诱变育种选育出活性成分提高的知母新品种,为种质资源创新的有效途径之一。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze rapidly all components of the Anema of China’s space group Anemarrhenae and the ground group, and explore the establishment of the quality assessment method of Anemarrhena. METHODS: Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to determine and compare the results. RESULTS: The intensity of the absorption peak at 3400 and 1040 cm-1 increased in the Anemarrhenas of the space group, indicating that the content of active components such as timosaponins and polysaccharides in the anemarrhena of the space group increased; the intensity of the absorption peak at 1318 and 780 cm-1 was obvious. The decrease, that is, the concentration of calcium oxalate crystals in the monohydrate group was significantly lower than that in the ground group. It is indicated that the content of amorphous active ingredients in the anemarrhenae of the space group has increased. Conclusion: Space mutagenesis breeding is a new effective way to innovate germplasm resources.
