目的:测定菊蓝抗流感片中阿司匹林的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,阿司匹林色谱条件:色谱柱为Angilent(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-2%冰醋酸(35:65),检测波长为275nm,柱温30℃,流速1.0mL/min。结果:阿司匹林在0.4072~5.7672μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.99998,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=1.9%。结论:质量控制方法简便、准确、可行,重现性好,专属性强,能有效地控制菊蓝抗流感片的质量,可作为本品质量标准。
Objective: To determine the content of aspirin in chrysanthemum blue anti-influenza tablets. Methods: HPLC method was used. Aspirin chromatographic conditions: the column was Angilent (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was methanol-2% glacial acetic acid (35:65), the detection wavelength was 275nm, the column temperature was 30°C. Flow rate 1.0 mL/min. RESULTS: Aspirin had good linearity in the range of 0.4072-5.7672 μg, r=0.99998. The average recovery was 99.6%, and RSD was 1.9%. Conclusion: The quality control method is simple, accurate, feasible, reproducible and specific. It can effectively control the quality of Julan anti-influenza tablets and can be used as the quality standard of this product.
