采用原子吸收分光光度法,检测我国15个省、市、自治区的25个脑中风监测点的高血压患者252例,临界高血压患者486例和健康对照组210例的头发微量元素Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn和常量元素K,Na,Ca,Mg含量。经比较,相关分析和逐步回归法分析,发现高血压组的头发Na,Zn,Fe,Na/K和Zn/Cu明显高于临界高血压和对照组,而K,Ca,Cu,Ca/Mg则比对照组低。K,Ca,Ca/Mg与血压呈显著负相关,而Na,Zn,Fe,Na/K和Zn/Cu呈显著正相关。K,Ca和Na与血压关系最密切。
