随着市场经济不断发展,国际经济市场竞争越来越激烈,从而要求我国国民经济要想得到稳定前行,就应加强对社会保障制度的完善。作为社会主义经济体制重要条件,社会保障制度的高效执行,能够有效的确保社会产值的增加,为社会公民提供良好的福利保证制度。采取健全社会保障制度的协调下,才能减少企业人才流失,充分调动员工工作积极性和主观能动性。本文通过从民营中小型企业目前在社会保障上存在的问题以及形成原因简单介绍。如何通过有效的管理手段对我国社会保障体系进行完善制定,从而为全体社会成员的基本物质生活提供有效保障,实现我国经济效益的最大化,整体经济建设可持续高效发展。
With the continuous development of the market economy and the increasingly fierce competition in the international economic market, China’s national economy is urged to improve its social security system if it wants to move forward steadily. As an important condition of the socialist economic system, the efficient implementation of the social security system can effectively ensure the increase of social output value and provide a good welfare guarantee system for social citizens. Under the coordination of a sound social security system, can we reduce the brain drain of enterprises and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of employees. This article briefly introduces the existing social security problems of private small and medium-sized enterprises and their causes. How to effectively formulate the social security system in our country through effective management means so as to effectively guarantee the basic material life of all members of the society so as to maximize the economic benefits of our country and the sustainable and efficient development of the overall economy.
