凝聚力建设是新时期党建工作的新视点与新思路。本文从组织行为学的角度分析了组织凝聚力的本质与人本管理原则,以文化、机制和利益三个维度和新的视点对凝聚力建设的内涵作进一步的延伸与拓展,旨在从三个不同层面分析在新的历史条件下,高校要以发展的理念、共同的目标与行为来形成文化感召力,以健全组织建设与管理运作来提升机制执行力,以尊重人的需要、实现事业发展和个体价值来带动利益驱动力,从而形成凝聚力建设的良性循环。
Cohesion Building is a New Perspective and a New Thinking for Party Building in the New Period. This paper analyzes the essence of organization cohesion and the principles of humanistic management from the perspective of organizational behavior and extends and expands the connotation of cohesion construction from the three dimensions of culture, mechanism and interest as well as new perspectives. In the new historical conditions, colleges and universities should take the concept of development, common goals and behaviors to form a cultural charisma to improve the organizational construction and management operations to enhance the implementation of the mechanism to respect people’s needs and achieve career development and Individual value to drive the driving force of interests, thus forming a virtuous circle of cohesion.
