培育和维护企业持续创新能力是企业获得持久竞争优势的重要保障。本文从企业缺乏持续创新能力的原因分析入手,基于保障功能、促变功能、支持功能、整合功能和激励功能,构建了三个阶段的企业持续创新能力管理模式,并提出了针对性的实施对策,为企业实现持续创新活动提供可行的管理方法。
