石骨症属一种罕见的泛发性骨硬化性疾病。病因不明。我院于1982年3月发现1例。此病与氟骨病的硬化型有相同之处。后者在我省渭北几个县发病率较高,为了对本病有所认识,提高对氟骨病的鉴别诊断,现报告如下。患者,男性,18岁,农民。因右脚砸伤来我院就医。拍片发现患足第1、2、3跖骨骨折,该足诸骨密度均匀性增高,结构不清,髓腔变窄。颅骨、躯干、骨盆和四肢拍片检查,发现各骨有同样的改变。患者生于本地,在农村劳动。既往经常头
