对失效内齿圈的生产现场进行调查、分析,找出齿圈失效的真正原因为:设计要求的齿面渗氮层深度太,齿面加工的表面粗糙度未达到设计要求,导致齿面接触疲劳强度不够。由此,提出修改内齿圈渗氮层深度为.35 ̄0.55mm,并在渗氮前采用对啮滚压的方法,来降低齿面的表面粗糙度等解决措施。经生产实践验证,提高了内齿使用寿命。
The investigation and analysis on the production site of the ring gear with failure and the actual reasons for finding out the ring gear failure are as follows: the depth of the nitrided layer on the tooth surface is too large, the surface roughness of the tooth surface processing does not meet the design requirements, Fatigue strength is not enough. Therefore, it is proposed to modify the nitriding layer of the inner ring to a depth of .35 ~ 0.55mm, and nitriding before using the method of roller pressure, to reduce the surface roughness of the tooth surface and other measures. Verified by the production practice, improve the service life of internal teeth.
