为了确保早稻及其它各种农作物免受田鼠为害,我们于1991年2月1日至5月23日,使用故鼠钠盐毒谷在南阳乡南阳村公所那冷坡34队,进行样区灭鼠试验,现将防治试验结果报告如下.一、材料与方法1、药物:系大连实验化工厂生产的含量为80%敌鼠钠盐.2、毒饵的制作:以稻谷作饵料,按敌鼠钠盐:稻谷:水=1:650:160配比,配制成0.12%敌鼠钠盐毒谷.具体方法是:先将水煮沸,然后将敌鼠钠盐搅拌充分溶解,加人称量好的稻谷,均匀搅拌,浸泡24小时,每隔6小时翻一次,凉干后即可使用.
